*STEP 1 

“Start with mascara,” Napoleon says. “It creates instant contrast and maps out the rest of your look.”

 *STEP 2

 "Use a pencil to fill brows, beginning with the outer corners: “It’s the area that requires the most definition.”

*STEP 3

 Trace the lower lash line with beige pencil and the upper lash line with blue “to make the whites of the eye appear whiter.”

*STEP4 

 Tap a shimmery neutral shadow on the center of the lid. “It’s like switching a light onto the eye area,” Napoleon says.
